One can enjoy free entry for shopping and food court inside Dubai Mall. However, there is entry cost for Dubai aquarium located in the mall.
The Dubai Mall is a must visit for anyone visiting Dubai for any amount of time. There are so many activities here that you may run out of time and energy before experiencing all of it. The shopping outlets are numerous and offer a wide variety of products at various price points.

Want to explore one of the largest and most stunning aquariums in the world? Don’t miss the giant 10 million-litre tank at Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, which contains more than 33,000 aquatic animals and the largest collection of sand tiger sharks anywhere. There are numerous ways for visitors to experience the main Aquarium tank, which measures 51 meters in length, 20 meters in width, and 11 meters in height, and is one of the largest suspended aquariums on the planet.

Spectacular marine diversity

Rising to the third floor of Dubai Mall, the aquarium is among the city’s most popular attractions, enjoyed by adults and children alike. It is home to 140 species of sea life and offers many incredible ways to experience the underwater world. Stroll through a 48-metre tunnel, with the aquarium enveloping you from overhead and around. It’s a complete fish-eye view, with sand tiger sharks and stingrays swimming overhead.

Things to do at Dubai's biggest mall

Dubai Mall is the ultimate family entertainment destination with The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, the Olympic-sized Dubai Ice Rink, children’s ‘edutainment’ concept Kidzania and a massive indoor cinema complex – just some of the ways to keep everyone busy.

Don't miss the indoor fountain (one of the most photographed spots in the mall), or The Village, which features a retractable roof opened in the winter months to offer shoppers an outdoor experience. There’s so much to do at Dubai Mall, it’s easy to spend an entire day there.

Witness the tallest performing fountain in the world during your visit to Downtown Dubai. The Dubai Fountain offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to immerse yourself in a captivating water, music and light experience.

Submerged within the 30-acre Burj Lake, at the foot of The Dubai Mall, powerful water jets are laid out strategically over an area the length of two football pitches. The fountain jets up to 22,000 gallons of water as high as 140m in the air at any one time.

The fountains come to life every 30 minutes from 6pm, daily. The colourful, illuminated jets sways in time to a range of melodies, which will leave you spellbound. Some popular tracks include Michael Jackson's Thriller, Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman's Time to Say Goodbye!

One day isn`t enough to see all attraction or all stores and amazing restauants at Dubai mall, it is a place worth coming back again and again. Also shopping is amazing,

With love,

Ivana
